Delivery during salesWe are beyond-words grateful for your support and patience as we work around-the-clock to make sure your goods reaches every corner of the globe as quickly as possible during this festive (and busy!) time of the year.
Please note that during holidays season and sales it may take a little longer for the order for stock items to arrive, depending on weather conditions and carriers overload. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

DeliveryTo make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with two fulfillment centers on the East and West coast, that ship our products globally via DHL. All orders within US will be shipped with UPS service. Since all items are hand-made at our atelier in Uk, some orders will be sent from there also Please allow 2 to 5 business days to deliver your order, depending on destination. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready. If you have questions regarding the country from which your order will be shipped, contact us at mike@shoplury.com.
Shipping costOur standard shipping cost is $15 and all orders over $350 will ship for free anywhere in the world. We also offer express shipping within US that costs $25, and $45 for anywhere else in the world.
Estimated delivery timeStandard order shipping time within US may take from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination, while express orders will be delivered by the end of next day. Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take from 7 to 21 days, while express shipping may take from 4-7 days on average. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimize shipping delays, Sleeper is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Stock items shippingPlease keep in mind if you placed your order for an item 'In stock' before 10 AM EST on a business day (except holidays), your order will ship the same day. Orders of stock items placed after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day.
Orders within USStandard shipping within US may take between 3-5 days, and if you choose Express shipping on the checkout, you will receive your order in 2 days.
International ordersWe ship globally from our warehouse in US with DHL shipping service. The standard DHL shipping service on International orders (except Russia), may take between 5-21 days, while orders shipped with DHL Express International service may take between 3-6 days to be delivered.
Taxes & DutiesImport duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
How soon will my order arrive?Proud of being a slow-fashion brand, we are always working on streamlining our operations and optimizing the manufacturing process. To ensure transparency, we currently have three types of dispatch options that depend on item availability.
Stock ItemThis item has already been crafted and is ready to ship. If you placed your order before 10 AM EST on a business day (except holidays), your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day. If you're within the US, standard shipping may take between 3-5 days, and if you choose express shipping, you will receive your order in 2 days. Standard shipping on International orders (except Russia), may take between 5-21 days, and Express shipping on International orders can take between 3-6 days. Shipping to Russia may take between 14-30 days.
Shipped Within 1-2 weeksThis item is currently being made at our atelier to become a stock item in the future. Its processing takes a bit longer as we have different stocks available in different locations.
Shipped Within 3-4 weeksTo craft our garments for you, our seamstresses need some time. For items in demand, the process of manufacturing is extended because the atelier may be pending fabrics.
